Zendaya extends its cooperation with On into new territory by introducing her first footwear and apparel collection co-created with the label. The project places her within the design process itself, shaping a line that moves between performance and personal expression.
The collection is developed through a clear approach to form. Silhouettes remain controlled and precise, while color and texture introduce variation without exaggeration. The technical framework of On remains present throughout, yet the direction reflects Zendaya’s perspective on contemporary sportswear. The result maintains a focused balance where function supports a sophisticated visual language based on ease and trust.

This release comes during a year that continues to expand Zendaya’s presence in film and fashion. Following her recent performance in The Drama and with Dune Part 3 to follow, the project adds another layer to her ongoing output. Here, this visibility translates into design, where her role moves from subject to author.
The campaign builds a parallel narrative through the film. Directed by Spike Jonzethe title piece Dream Shape unfolds within a constructed environment referred to as the Dream Lab. The backdrop acts as an imaginary design space, where the clothes shift, stretch and transform before reaching their final form. The film treats clothing as a moving element, emphasizing process over static presentation.
Sean Thomas’ still images extend this direction, offering a closer view of the collection’s material and structure. These images move behind the scenes, focusing on composition and detail, maintaining the same controlled tone established in the film. Together, the visual elements frame the collection through both movement and stillness.

Zendaya developed the project alongside her longtime collaborator Law Roach, shaping a line that reflects a shared understanding of image and construction. He describes the starting point as a focus on trust and convenience, with every element building outward from that idea. The collaboration with Jonze adds another dimension, translating this intention into a visual system that moves in films and campaign images.
The collection will be released on April 16 via On’s website, ushering in a new phase in the collaboration. Positioned between performance wear and authorial design, the work establishes a clear direction where technical precision meets a distinctive point of view.
