Adidas Originals and Willy Chavarria present the “Love Reigns“Collection with two versions of the Chavarria Superstar and a full line of apparel. The release builds on the well-known shell nose through the reinterpretation of the Chavarria, changing its form while keeping its cultural reference intact. Along with the footwear, the collection introduces bombers, crewnecks, cargo jackets and extends the complete wardrobe design language to tracksu.

Willy Chavarria directs the campaign and sets the tone through a clear message. “Love Prevails” is about communities relying on each other in times of fear and separation. The concept frames resistance through empathy and dignity, offering an approach based on solidarity. The images reflect this direction through a contrast between light and shadow, suggesting perseverance in difficult circumstances.
The footwear anchors the release through an updated version of one of adidas’ most recognized silhouettes. THE Chavarria Superstar builds on the original structure and introduces a molded rose shell toe that reshapes the front of the shoe. This element defines the design and gives it a distinct identity while maintaining its connection to the original model. The sneaker retails for $160 USD and references a silhouette long tied to street culture.
Apparel expands the collection through a range that includes bombers, crewnecks, cargo jackets and striped tracksuits. Each piece features Chavarria’s embroideries and graphics, creating a consistent visual language throughout the release. The garments take a direct approach to construction and material selection, aligned with the designer’s wider practice and cultural references.
The adidas Originals x Willy Chavarria “Love Prevails” collection is scheduled to release on April 18, 2026. It will be available via the CONFIRMED app, adidas’ official website and select retailers.
