The journey across the lake unfolds over that of the Zegna family Riva Aquaramaa 1960s motorboat designed by Carlo Riva. The boat has strong associations with summers spent on Lake Maggiore and reflects a shared philosophy between Riva and ZEGNA.
For the summer of 2026, ZEGNA places Mikkelsen on the shores of Lake Maggiore in Piedmont. The setting informs the campaign, with the surrounding countryside shaping its tone and atmosphere. The images focus on a direct interpretation of the Italian summer, based on calm environments and a steady rhythm.
The collection features relaxed silhouettes made from lightweight fabrics. Each piece supports the movement and responds to the conditions of the time. The Oasi Lino range defines a key part of the offer, produced from European-grown linen fibers with full traceability. This focus on material is directly linked to the environment in which the campaign takes place, grounding the garments in their origins.
ZEGNA also develops the collection through a blend of cashmere, linen and cotton, shaping garments that respond to changes in temperature from day to night.
