Win adds it Air Force 1 Low “Game Day” in its expanding lifestyle range through a wider seasonal launch. The sneaker arrives as part of an upcoming Nike Sportswear capsule and draws from archival sports references while connecting them with contemporary street fashion.
The “Game Day” edition brings back the much-loved 2001 shape of the Air Force 1, a version often associated with the silhouette’s presidential nickname. Nike uses this shape as the basis for a low-top sneaker that keeps the model’s performance roots visible while shifting the focus to contrasting materials and bold color placement.

The upper begins with ‘Malachite’ green leather, giving the sneaker its strongest visual anchor. Nike combines this vibrant base with matching suede overlays throughout the lining, adding a richer surface and a more layered construction. The combination of leather and suede gives the shoe depth, while the tonal approach keeps the green clean and focused. This combination of materials also links the sneaker to vintage sportswear, where texture often has as much weight as color.
Tones in “University Gold”, “Coconut Milk” and “Gum Medium Brown” complete the palette. These tones break up the green base and give the sneaker a sporty edge. “University Gold” adds brightness, “Coconut Milk” softens the composition and “Gum Medium Brown” grounds the design through the sole.

The design also highlights the history of sneaker subcultures through color blocking. The layout draws clear visual comparisons to Menthol 10s, the 2006 design created by Ari Saal Forman. Nike isn’t copying this reference directly, but the connection gives the “Game Day” colorway an extra layer for sneaker fans who recognize the visual cue.
Nike reinforces the basketball theme through a specialized charm attached to the lacing system. Shaped like a basketball, the charm gives the pair a playful finishing detail and links the release to vintage basketball culture.
