Contemporary womenswear brand based in Los Angeles Staud is best known for statement wallets with bold silhouettes, patterns and prints. From the spherical Moon Bag that went platinum in 2019 to the beaded Tommy bags decorated with canned sardines that went viral on TikTok a few summers ago, Staud regularly delivers products with a bold—often cheerful—vision. Their latest offering? A new one household items line full of organic shapes, handmade textures and vintage products.

It started in April, Staud Home combines ceramics, leather homewares, textiles and vintage finds—personally sourced by founder Sarah Staudinger. At the center of the collection, Staudinger’s ceramics The practice grounds the series in richly textured and hand-formed materiality—from the handcrafted ceramic vases to a speckled table lamp.

“For the past 10 years, we’ve been building the world of Staud piece by piece,” explains Staudinger. “The house felt like a natural next step, a way to bring that same sense of personality, individuality and ease to the spaces we live in. This collection is particularly personal to me because it was partly inspired by my growing interest in ceramics and the genre of space.”

And the collection is definitely alive. Staud Home allows human artistry to shine—from fluted ceramics to woven netting and more—creating a home that feels personal and unique. In addition, selected products are one-of-a-kind, such as ceramic sheep vases, glasses, trays, and even a teak ceramic set in seaweed green.

Extending its range beyond the wardrobe and into the home, Staud Home conjures up images of intimate dinner parties, reading by candlelight and open windows in the warm Los Angeles sun. And for Tommy bag lovers, there are still a few beaded options (a frosted ‘Do Not Disturb’ door sign and a beaded martini set are just two examples).
