For this new edition, Bad Bunny looked to the Puerto Rican wolf spider, an animal from Benito’s home with incredible sprinting speed. This reference gives the sneaker its Ghost Sprint name and links its technical design to the tropical conditions of Puerto Rico.
The F50 Ghost Sprint takes a more technical, athletic-inspired approach to the low-profile lifestyle sneaker. adidas equips the upper with an “Araña” cage that supports flexibility, stability and breathability. A deconstructed divider mesh helps deal with the heat of Puerto Rico summers. Together, these elements tie the shoe’s appearance to its functional references while keeping the F50’s speed-focused identity intact.
Its color treatment is taken from the ‘Ocean’ colorway of 2004. Clear Blue, Clear Sky and Light Purple form the palette, creating a direct connection to the previous football design. The blue version keeps the archival reference visible while giving the silhouette a new lifestyle context.

The release arrives as attention turns to the 2026 FIFA World Cup™ finals and connects archival soccer design with Bad Bunny’s Puerto Rican perspective.
For a place at the 2026 FIFA World Cup™ finals, France will face Spain on July 14 at Dallas Stadium in Arlington, Texas, while England will meet Argentina on July 15 at Atlanta Stadium, Georgia.
