GROHE SPA CONTINUES A BIOPHILIC APPROACH WITH MODERN TECHNOLOGY
Presented through a series of portfolio pieces and prototypes over time Milan Design Week 2026, GROHE SPA offers a perspective on its future bathroom design. The brand changes the perception of traditional bathrooms, using advanced production techniques and liquid organic forms to create an atmosphere that promotes self-care. Featuring a 3D-printed shower tree that represents a living element, ‘Aqua Sanctuary’ evokes a sense of growth rather than mere construction. Within its distinctive luminous stems, the GROHE SPA AquaTree offers a state of calm and relaxation, conveying the brand’s concept of ‘Wellbeing through water’.

REDEFINING RITUALS THROUGH DESIGN
Completing it of the brand A visionary collection, the GROHE SPA AquaTree Faucet makes a bold design statement, elegantly suspended from the ceiling and challenges the very concept of the relationship between product and architecture. The water is carefully separated into two separate sources: a laminar flow and a fountain spray, the latter being more conducive to skin care rituals.

DESIGN AND EXPRESSION OF MATERIALS UNDER CONSTRUCTION
The brand presents for the first time the GROHE SPA Private Collection Vanity, a conceptual unit for self-care that extends beyond the traditional realms of the bathroom. The unit features Aqua Pure Steam & Mist for advanced skin longevity – a cleansing steam followed by the gentle touch of mist to nourish and hydrate the face, ensuring a vibrant glow. In addition, natural aroma pods and customizable color therapy lighting help create a personalized mood for each moment. To complete the experience, other elements such as SmartDial Control, which precisely orchestrates water to curate custom ritual presets, and a neat storage with refrigerator space for skin care products, guarantee the top performance of the design.

Another showcase is the GROHE SPA Allure Gravity faucet collection. The design features interchangeable cover plates that enhance the modular approach and on-demand capabilities. For the first time, GROHE SPA presented Allure Gravity in combination with five exceptional materials, such as Cordovan leather, which is particularly used to create high-tech accessories, and Marine Teak, a waterproof material rich in natural oil and silicon. As for metals, PremiAL, which was LIXIL’s first material made from recycled aluminum. Meanwhile, just as environmentally friendly is the composite material Revia, created by fusing wood waste and hard-to-recycle plastics. Available in a variety of finishes and textured colors. For a more traditional variation, Kintsugi, which is Japanese for “union with gold,” is a method for restoring broken porcelain and ceramic artifacts. This material highlights the cracks using a special lacquer called urushi, dusted with gold powder.
