Kith and adidas Football present a new footwear collection designed by Ronnie Figg and Lionel Messicreated for two anniversaries linked to sports and culture. The release marks 20 years since Messi debuted on the world stage and 15 years of Kith. Through six silhouettes, the collection traces of Messi’s career through the design of performance and lifestyle footwear, combining football references with materials and details associated with Kith.

The performance line includes the COPA Mundial 17 UltraBOOST, F50 Megaride and F50 Walkable Cleat. Each model draws from a different part of adidas Football history, with Kith using texture, tooling and color to give the silhouettes a specific visual language. THE WORLD CUP 17 UltraBOOST revisits a model first introduced by Kith and adidas Football in 2017, combining the COPA Mundial 17 upper with UltraBOOST gear. This version features an embossed snakeskin leather upper, vibrant blue contrast stitching and a chrome heel clip.
THE F50 Megaride combines the F50 upper with Bounce tools. Its upper features a black-blue gradient, while the translucent midsole changes looks with the replaceable insoles included with the shoe. Kith and Messi iconography appears asymmetrically on the lateral sides of the heels, giving the style a direct connection to the collaboration.
THE F50 Walking Wedge references the first adidas mesh worn by Messi during the 2006 tournament. Kith and adidas Football use a white-blue gradient synthetic leather upper, while a Velcro tongue cover hides the lacing system. The design also features visible slits within a translucent casing, giving the model a hybrid identity between archival reference and collector’s presentation.
The lifestyle selection includes two Handball Spezial colorways and a deconstructed Superstar. Kith offers the Special handball in pale pink and white, with a textile upper, premium suede overlays and a gum sole. The white coloring adds asymmetrical blue and yellow three stripes on the lateral and medial sides. The Deconstructed Super star uses a luxurious leather upper and removable lining, creating a lighter version of the adidas silhouette.
Each shoe style includes a commemorative gift with purchase Lionel Messi Trading Card. A limited random selection will include autographed and graded PSA editions, adding a collectible element to the release.
