Then there’s Łukasz Kiełtyka’s ‘Painting Autumn’, which took second place. It’s all golden light and misty vibes—less like a photo and more like a classic painting of a single Russula mushroom. Third place went to Guizhong Guo for ‘A Warm Family’, featuring three small fungi huddled together. It’s surprisingly healthy for something that grows from dirt!
