Stéphane Rolland brings ‘Love For Peace’ to Barcelona

Stéphane Rolland is presented Love for Peace at Bridal night of Barcelona during Barcelona Bridal Fashion Week 2026marking his first fashion show in Spain. The event took place in Room 8 of the Montjuïc venue, where the designer together with the artistic director Pierre Martinezorganized a performance that combined sewing, music and spoken word. The presentation focused on one clear idea: fashion as a common language linked to life, love and the transmission of knowledge between generations.

The evening opened with a segment dedicated to emerging talent. Students from IED Barcelona, LCI Barcelonaand ESDI presented 23 designs developed under Rolland’s guidance through him Sculpted by nature plan. Using fabrics provided by gratefulparticipants explored volume, structure and organic forms. The pieces introduced sculptural silhouettes shaped through careful construction. This opening created a dialogue between established practice and new voices, placing education and exchange at the heart of the event.

After this introduction, Rolland performed a collection of 80 pieces to an audience of more than a thousand visitors. The show featured his ready-to-wear bridal line Night of Sang along with a selection of couture gowns from his red carpet and gala career. The designs focused on structured volumes and precise cuts, forming silhouettes that define Rolland’s approach. The palette remained anchored in bridal white, with red and black reserved for evening looks.

The Barcelona Youth Symphony Orchestraconducted by Carlos Chekaperformed his works Chopin, Debussy, Bahand others, while Natalie Poza was charged “This Love” and selected verses. The project extended beyond the catwalk through a philanthropic initiative. Before the event, Rolland donated 22 original sketches, which are now on display at Barcelona Bridal Night 10th Edition Museum. The proceeds support the Kalida Foundationwhich provides support to people undergoing cancer treatment and their families. The evening ended with a commemorative cake she created Lolita Bakeryrounding off the event while recognizing its place in the wider program of Barcelona Bridal Fashion Week.
